Trade Fair, happening from October 16-20, 2024, at the Mega Trade Hall 2, SM
Megamall, Mandaluyong City. This event will highlight the region's commitment
to sustainable and innovative products, bringing together the finest goods from
the seven provinces of Central Luzon. With the theme “Tatak Pinoy! Innovative
and Sustainable Products,” this year’s trade fair focuses on promoting
creativity and eco-friendly practices in local entrepreneurship.
A Tradition of Promoting Local Enterprises
Since its inception, the Likha ng Central
Luzon Trade Fair has been a key event for promoting micro, small, and medium
enterprises (MSMEs) in the region. Now on its 26th year, it is one of the
longest-standing trade fairs in the Philippines, organized by the Department of
Trade and Industry Region 3 (DTI-R3) in collaboration with Philexport-R3.
Supported by the Regional Development Council and the Central Luzon Growth
Corridor Foundation Inc., the fair has successfully helped MSMEs connect with
major buyers, distributors, and exporters from Metro Manila and beyond.
The event is a culmination of extensive
support programs aimed at building the technical and business capabilities of
entrepreneurs. Through training, product development, and other interventions,
local businesses are equipped with the tools to showcase top-tier,
export-quality products. It’s a highly anticipated event that continues to draw
attention from both buyers and consumers eager to explore fresh, locally made offerings.

Special Exhibits: Pioneering Innovation in
MSMEs
One of the highlights of this year’s trade
fair will be a special exhibit showcasing the latest creative products and
packaging innovations under the DTI’s Shared Service Facility (SSF) and OTOP
(One Town, One Product) Next Gen Program. This section of the fair will
demonstrate the cutting-edge developments that MSMEs are implementing to
improve both the quality and presentation of their goods, reflecting the
growing demand for products that are both innovative and sustainable.
Through these programs, MSMEs are equipped with the resources they need to enhance their competitiveness in local and global markets. The special exhibit will be a must-see for anyone interested in how the region’s businesses are evolving.
A Collaborative Effort
The Likha ng Central Luzon Trade Fair
continues to grow each year, thanks to the collaborative efforts of various
partners. In addition to the key organizers, the event is supported by the
Regional Development Council, Central Luzon Growth Corridor Foundation Inc.,
the Philippine Information Agency, local government units from the seven
provinces, and various SME development councils and DTI bureaus.
